More Nerf Stuff!

The day before yesterday, (As some of you already know.) my mom took all the kids in this house to Target because my little sister and I SPECIFICALLY asked to go there and buy a Nerf gun. The other kids didn't get anything because they didn't plan ahead of time like my sister and I did. So my brother got jealous and everything, so he told my mom that he wanted a gun too, and asked her if we could go again. She said yes, and we went. (All of this was yesterday.) While we were at the store, he chose a huge gun selling for 30 dollars. Then she found THESE guns that were half off and only 15 dollars. We ended up getting three of these. (Two red and one blue.)
Now I'm going to describe the awesome thing. Each gun comes with a gun, (well duh) two reloading clips, twenty Nerf darts, a Nerf vest, a piece of paper showing all the games you can play with it, a pair of protective glasses that look awesome, and a refill pack. (Times three.) This is the first Nerf gun I've actually seen that's powered by air. It's plastic, and has an air chamber, and works just like a super soaker water gun. And it's fully automatic. (Meaning you can pull the trigger and it continuously shoots until you let go.(But only if the air doesn't run out first.)) The reloading clips each hold ten darts and have a belt clip for holding them. The back of the reloading clip, is a whole bunch of holes that the air blows through to shoot the darts out. It moves up out of the gun as the darts shoot out and makes a machine gun noise because of notches on the side clicking against the side of the gun. The darts themselves are meant to stick to the vest because of very strong Velcro. Otherwise, they're the same as all the other darts. The glasses are just flexible frames with plastic lenses to protect your eyes. The refill pack comes with a clip that clips to your belt loop, and a string to tighten the top of the sack. The vest has four targets on it. A big one on the back, and three small one with scores on the front. It's made of foam or whatever you call it, so even the slightest touch of the Velcro on the darts will stick them on the vest. If you haven't guessed already, all you're supposed to do in Nerf tag, is shoot the other team... Well, the instructions come with about fifteen games that you can play using the equipment. The end.

My NEW Lego Set

This, as anyone in the world can see, is a box. But it has the coolest stuff in the world inside. LEGO's!!! Legolegolegolegolegolegolegolego's!!! But they're not Star Wars Lego's. :'-( They're Mars Mission Lego's. But so what. At least they're Legooooooooo's. What's that? No, I didn't have too much sugar today! As a matter of fact, I only had a few bowls of it! Now let me go on.
Once upon a time I got twenty dollars for a present. Then I went to the store with all my other siblings to get something with it. I had it all planned out, but when I got to the store, (It was Christmas time.) what I wanted to get was out of stock. (By the way, what I wanted to get was a Lego set.) So I looked and looked and looked and eventually, I found this. I didn't like the topic but the pieces were cool so I got it anyway. (The topic is about these astronaut dudes who go to mars because there's an energy source there and they want to mine it. But since they're stealing from the aliens that live there, the aliens come and try to get the invading earthlings off. So the astronauts kept mining the stuff and the aliens kept trying to blow them up. The end.) So then I opened the Lego set and I built the stuff that the instructions said, and we all lived happily ever after! Theeeeeeeee Eeeeeeeeeend (Oh yeah, we didn't live happily ever after because we still had years and years of school left and we didn't live happily ever after until we got our jobs and we never had to hear the word school again. Unfortunately, that's not for about twenty years.)

Nerf Guns

These are the Nerf guns that my little sister and I got yesterday. It all started when I went to my friends house and saw that they had some Nerf guns. I tried them out and I liked them. So I went on the Internet and found a website that sells them. I looked at the various different kinds of Nerf guns and I found the one at the top. I wanted to get two of the same gun, so I asked my sister if she wanted to get one too. When she saw it, she said yes. We were still figuring out if we were sure we wanted it, but we found another one that comes with two guns and two vests that the Nerf darts stick too and we considered that instead. When my mom took us to Target, we found the Nerf gun section. We didn't find the specific one that we were looking for, but we found the one we wanted before that. We only found one so I got that one and my sister got the smaller one that came withe the six foam targets. It came with six orange darts and mine came with eight white glow in the dark darts. We wanted more darts so we got two extra packs that came with eight more glow in the dark darts. One for me and one for my sister.

Now I'm going to tell you the features of the guns. The gun that my sister got was just an extra pack for the N-strike disk shot. The N-strike disk shot is a plastic thing that shoots up the foam targets so that you can shoot them out of the air. Since we don't have it, we just set up the targets and shoot them. All of the darts stick to any hard, flat and smooth surface. My sisters gun has five places at the bottom for extra darts and one at the top for shooting. To shoot, you pull back something at the back and pull the trigger to shoot. (The same thing with my gun.)

My gun has eight spaces in the back to hold extra darts, and eight spaces in the front for darts that you're about to shoot. When you pull back the trigger, the barrel automatically rotates to the next dart for rapid firing. There is also a light that flashes when you pull the trigger so that the darts glow brighter in the dark. This way, you can see the dart glowing while it flies through the air.

My brand new glasses

These, as we all know, are glasses. But they're not just any old pair of glasses. They're MY glasses. Story time. (As you know from previous posts, you're going to fall asleep due to a lousy story.)
Once upon a time I was ten years old and I went to the eye doctor against my own will because I was addicted to the computer and I didn't want to get off. *Taking quick, deep breaths* The eye doctor guy said I need to get nerdy looking glasses, but for some reason, I didn't. Then it was a year later and I had to get within three feet to the timer if I wanted to see it clearly. Then I wore my moms glasses and I could see it from ten-thousand feet away. I told my mom I need to get glasses and eventually, (A month later.) I went to the eye doctor and took the unnecessary test and got to choose my glasses. They said that the glasses would be ready on Friday, then Saturday, and eventually, they actually came... with a glasses case. Then we all lived happily ever after. The end.

Rush Hour

This is a picture of a game called Rush Hour that I got for a present. About a month or so ago, I went to my Grandma's house in Virginia. Since a holiday was coming up, she let my big sister and I choose a present that we wanted. I've always wanted this game, so I chose this and the extra card decks that give you more puzzles. My sister chose a 3-dimensional puzzle of a castle or something. Later, the game got delivered to my house. The point of the game is to get the Red car out of the slot on the side of the board. The cards tell you how to arrange the cars. You can only move each car back and forth depending on the direction it's facing and some cars are blocking the red car out and they can really bother you. Each extra pack comes with an extra car and an extra deck of 40 cards. The first extra pack (The one that says number two.) comes with another red car. It comes with new puzzles and harder cards. Some of the cards tell you to get both red cars out of the puzzle while others only tell you to get one out. The second extra pack comes with a limousine. In some puzzles, you're trying to get the limousine out and in others, you're trying to get the red car out. Lastly, the other extra pack comes with a taxi and your trying to get the taxi out of the puzzle.

My Tool Kit

These are all the dangerous tools that I got for a present about two weeks ago... Oh yeah, there's also a bag. Since the picture isn't very clear, I'll describe each thing and their amazing/ dangerous functions.

First of all, the bag. It has a cool zipper (Like any other one.) that closes the top of the bag. It also has some cool Velcro (Like any other Velcro.) that closes a cool flap. (Like any other flap.) Lastly, it has awesome handles and side pockets (Like any other handles and side pockets.) that do cool things like... like... like... Forget it! Time to move along.

Now, the hammer. On the far left side of the picture , there's a big long tool called a hammer crowbar or a crowbar hammer or whatever. It has a smasher thing at the front that you can bang on nails and bashing stuff open. That thing at the back is to silently take nails out of your door so that you don't get in trouble for nailing them in the first place. Moving along.

Now let's talk about the screwdrivers. They're lined up against each other right under the bag... In the picture. One is called a Phillips head screwdriver, (Phillip must have had an ugly head.) and one is called a Flat head screwdriver. They have magnets at their tips so that they get magnetized to screws so that you can be lazy instead of looking all over the place for them. By the way, you TURN the screwdriver just in case you didn't know.

The pliers (On the far right of the picture.) open and close so that you can grab stuff with it and pull them out or something like that so that you don't kill yourself trying to pull them out with your bare hands. (I don't actually know how to use them so I'm just making a wild guess.) They work like scissors I guess... but I don't actually think that they would make a good pair.

In the picture next to the pliers is the crescent wrench. It's like a regular wrench, but you can change the size of it by turning a worm gear under the crescent of the wrench or whatever you call that part. You use it on a bolt to turn it. It's called crescent wrench for two reasons. One because it's shaped like a crescent, (Well duh.) and two because the company that made it up was called crescent.

There are two pairs of scissors in the picture. (Find them.) One is an ordinary pair of scissors that cuts through cardboard and paper and stuff like that. The other is a dangerous pair of utility scissors. (My dad gave them to me. They didn't come with the kit.) The utility scissors rule. They can cut pennies (The coin.) in half.

I'm making these last ones fast so that I can get my school work over with. The tape measure is 12 ft. long and self locks so that you can measure stuff like how rich someone is. (No not really.) This is the last one and I'm so happy. The last one is a pair of wire cutters. This is used like scissors again but to cut wires. But I'm pretty sure that you can cut wires with the utility scissors. THE END

Rubik's Cube

This is a picture of a Rubik's cube I got a few days ago. I never knew how to solve one until now. This is my version of the history of the Rubik's cube
Once upon a time, a twenty-six piece puzzle came into my life. It was shaped like a cube and was about an inch long on each side. I mixed it up and from then on, I regretted it. I tried solving it for months but nothing seemed to word. It kinda accidentally fell down and broke into a million... I mean twenty-six pieces. I think I was in second grade so I was too stupid to know how to fix it. (Because, as we all know, teachers don't teach fun things because they'll get fired if they do.(Probably)) A few years later, I went to Africa and the strange puzzle came to haunt my life again. Only this time it was bigger... Fortunately, it came with a cheat sheet (Or a defeat sheet as I call it) and it turned out to be pretty easy until I was too stupid to know that I did something wrong. The cheat sheet got ripped up and the Rubik's cube got ruined. Now we come to about five days ago when it comes again to haunt me. So I figured out my mistakes and I KILLED that evil thing about one, two, three... too many times to count. But his evil brothers will be out to get me soon... The Rubik's cubes with even more sides. And soon the COMPUTER program will haunt me forever. (The computer version is a 20x 20x 20 piece Rubik's cube.) But I will try to slay them like I did before.
The end
